Vintia at the Family Entertainment Centres Expo: discover the power of a fully cashless guest journey
On June 24th, Stefan Peeters (Business Unit Manager) and Valerie Mahieu (Team Lead Sales Belgium) will take the stage at the Family Entertainment Centres Expo. With nearly 20 years of combined experience in the leisure and attractions industry, they will share a clear vision: smart technology is key to enhancing guest experience, streamlining operations, and increasing revenue.
During their joint presentation, they will explore how fully integrated ticketing and payment solutions can optimise every step of the visitor journey — from online ticket sales to cashless transactions using wristbands. Special attention will be given to the role of food & beverage in maximising spend per visitor, supported by solutions such as self-order kiosks, kitchen display systems, and contactless payments.
